Too Many Cooks 2017

The third annual collaboration among 14 Hudson Valley Breweries.  This years brew is an Oat IPA.  Every brewery contributed either malts or hops to make this beer.  Too many cooks indeed!

Hill Williams: Citiot

The second installment in the "Hill Williams"  series of collaborations with C.H. Evans Brewing Company in Albany, NY.  This hoppy Pilsner is bittered with Jarrylo hops, finished and dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc hops.  And yes, it's pronounced "City-it".

4.7% ABV, 21 IBU’s

 

Finn's Irish Red Ale

Our Irish Red Ale has all the maltiness you would expect for the style in addition to its deep reddish hue.  The clean dry finish with a hint of caramel malt will surely bring you the luck of the Irish!

5.0% ABV, 24 IBU’s

In Cahoots California Common

Brewed as a collaboration with Honey Hollow Brewing Company in Earlton, NY.  This beer is a kicked up California Common which is also known as steam beer.  This beer has sweetness from the pilsner malt, pine and cedar flavors from the Northern Brewer hops, and lager yeast which contributes to the flavor profile as well.  

6.8% ABV, 38 IBU’s

 

CK's Baltic Porter

Brewed to commemorate our 1 year anniversary. This beer is a dark, rich and malty porter with a nice roasty character.  It will go down smooth and definitely warm you up now that the cold winter is here.

7.1% ABV, 34IBU’s

 

Three Helderbergs Honey Saison

A collaboration with Helderberg Meadworks and Helderberg Brewery at The Carey Institute.  This brew consists of 100% NY sourced ingredients.  With local honey showcased, this Saison has the sweet flavor of the honey balanced with the Belgian yeast.  An easy drinking summer beer.

5.9% ABV, 26 IBU’s

 

Hill Williams: Saison

A collaboration with C.H. Evans Brewing Company.  This refreshing Saison (Grisette) is hopped with German Huell Melon hops.  The French Saison yeast adds the distinct Belgian flavors expected from the style.

5.6% ABV, 19 IBU’s

 

Too Many Cooks 2016

Our Hudson Valley collaboration beer which was brewed by us and over 10 other local breweries.  The beer is an IPA which was made from malt and hops from Indian Ladder Farms.  It also features barrel aged locally produced maple syrup which lends a dry finish to the beer.  A blend of American and NZ hops give it a juicy aroma and flavor we all love in IPA's.

8.5%, 52 IBU's
