Our Oatmeal Stout is a deep ebony color and has aromas of roasted caramel malts,
coffee and chocolate. The use of Kent Golding hops balances out the finish.

An IPA brewed with 100% NY state grown malt & hops. Chinook hops are
showcased in this beer with Cascades supporting the hop profile as well. This beer references the original name for the Helderberg Mountains.

Bluestone Blonde Ale
This American Blonde Ale uses a combination of Pale and light Crystal malts. The hops
consist of Willamette grown in NY. An easy drinking beer as we ease into spring.

Round Bale Pale Ale
This American Pale Ale uses a combination of Pale, Pilsner, Munich and Crystal malts.
The hops consist of Amarillo, Centennial, and Cascade, which finish out this easy drinking beer.

White Tail Wheat Ale
An American Style Wheat Ale with a mix of tropical fruit flavors and aromas from
the late addition of Citra hops. The slight bitterness of magnum hops help to balance the wheat character of the beer.

Hilltown Abbey Brown
A Belgian style brown ale which originated in monasteries to help the Monks sustain
themselves. We brewed it to help sustain hilltowners through the long cold winter. Rich and malty, with hints of chocolate.

Brush Hog Brown
An English Style Brown Ale with sweet, nutty and caramel
flavors. The addition of brown malt adds a slight biscuit toastiness as well.
5.2% ABV, 22 IBU’s
Knox Cave IPA
A copper colored IPA that has citrusy and piney bitterness which is supported
by a nice malty backbone. Dry hopped with Cascade hops from Willsie's hop farm here in East Berne.

Warners Lake Wheat Ale
An American Wheat Beer with medium hoppiness provided by the use of Willamette and
Cascade hops. This beer has a clean, neutral finish.
