add "s" when it isn't needed). This session IPAs is brewed with el dorado and galaxy hops, so throw on your jorts and romp on over!

Company in Earlton, NY. This beer is a kicked up California Common which is also known as steam beer. This beer has sweetness from the pilsner malt, pine and cedar flavors from the
Northern Brewer hops, and lager yeast which contributes to the flavor profile as well.

This beer is a dark, rich and malty porter with a nice roasty character. It will go down smooth and definitely warm you up now that the cold winter is here.

Brewery at The Carey Institute. This brew consists of 100% NY sourced ingredients. With local honey showcased, this Saison has the sweet flavor of the honey balanced with the Belgian
yeast. An easy drinking summer beer.

A collaboration with C.H. Evans Brewing Company.
This refreshing Saison (Grisette) is hopped with German Huell Melon hops. The French Saison yeast adds the distinct Belgian flavors expected from the style.

Too Many Cooks
Our Hudson Valley collaboration beer which was brewed
by us and over 10 other local breweries. The beer is an IPA which was made from malt and hops from Indian Ladder Farms. It also features barrel aged locally produced maple syrup
which lends a dry finish to the beer. A blend of American and NZ hops give it a juicy aroma and flavor we all love in IPA's.
